As an Operations Officer in our Payments team at CUA you will be responsible for supporting and contributing to a fantastic Member Experience throughout the Home Loan and Transactional Banking/Deposits back-office.

Essential Experience
- Minimum one year experience in the financial industry
- Experience in back-office payments processing (desired)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, influencing and problem solving skills
- Results driven with the ability to quickly learn CUA’s range of services and processes
- Medium level of computer literacy and a high level of speed for data processing and verification
- Understanding of privacy legislation and privacy principles
- Preferred exposure to Agile and Continuous improvement methodologies
- Previous experience with straight through processing and automation considered advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role, experience with data verification and high volume data input are highly regarded
